Maternal Passages

My name is Dove. I'm an independent childbirth educator and I teach Dancing For Birth™ classes. Wondering what that is? This image represents one of many wonderful components of Dancing For Birth™ classes ~ the wise use of props! A veil can get you in the mood to move and can also be used as a stretching aid.

And if you've never sat on an exercise ball, do it!
Choose a ball that puts your hips parallel with (or preferably a bit higher than) your knees and roll your seat around in little circles, first one way and then the other. It's fabulous way to increase your comfort while pregnant, help your baby get into a good position for birth and help the time you spend in labor to be productive!
